Amazing atmosphere, definitely felt under dressed. 😅 Absolutely beautiful.(: There was a full bar; beer, wine, and cocktails, and their food menu was amazing. 🤌💯🥰
The seats in the movie theater were comfortable and adjustable. It was an amazing experience, definitely worth going back to. Honestly makes me not want to pay to see a movie anywhere else. This is THE spot. 💯💖
They used to be better. They used to have waiters that would come and take your orders. Now you scan a QR code and order from your phone. The menu used to have many more options. Now it's just hamburgers and pizza type options. The waiter in our theater was really overworked. They definitely don't have enough employees for the number of patrons. They brought the wrong items to us making us miss parts of the movie we were watching. This is our second visit there (first since the change in ordering method and menu items) and we probably won't be back. The prices for what you get in service are not worth it. Go to Palladio 16 instead and eat at one of the wonderful restaurants there instead. Much more satisfying.
A wonderful experience overall if you want a more comfortable setting while watching a movie. The offer menus and service through your film and they have a clean, comfortable as well as unique lobby.
It's worth it for the date night or networking meetup as it's more of an upgraded experience. This plaza has 2 cinemas so keep this in mind as well. Definitely check it out.
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience. I specifically bought our tickets online so we could just go into the theater as soon as we got there since we were running late. When I arrived, the lady had us go to the opposite side of the counter to scan our tickets and proceeded to tell us about "all the opportunities " they offered by scanning the q r codes. We politely declined since we wanted to see the start of the film. The electric signs were not working so we walked right past the theatre. The carpet was soaking wet in the hallway which there was a lot of rain the night before so I'm guessing they had a leak. We got to our seats and the theater was freezing cold like an outside door was open. I put the courtesy light on and a young man said he would ask about the temps for us. He returned a short time later to inform us the gm was checking into the situation but that it may take a while since it was such a large theater. At this point, I was already annoyed with the whole thing because clearly they shouldn't have been open due to whatever was going on. However, my kids were so excited to see the new Studio Ghibli film & we rarely get the opportunity so I stuck it out. I ordered a pizza and coke while the previews were running. Then I noticed the lights were still on during the previews which whatever it happens sometimes. But the movie started and the lights were still on!!! So we missed the first 5 minutes of the film because you couldn't see the screen and another patron got up to go tell the staff. She came back and the lights finally were turned off. An hour goes past and we still haven't received our food which if the kids weren't hungry, I would have passed on given all the other issues. I rang the bell again and mentioned it to the young man who went to sort things out and came back with the coke. Twenty minutes after that, near the end of the film, we received our pizza. This place is a joke, and I'm so thankful we didn't get food poisoning since it clearly was being mismanaged. Avoid at all cost!
We have had many enjoyable experiences at the Luxe, but today was mediocre at best. They started the actual movie 20 minutes before the start of the movie, the theater was so dark you couldn’t find your seats, and the food was terrible. The menu was about half of what it used to be. My hamburger was so foul it tasted like the meat had been doused in some sort of chemical. My husband’s food did not come as ordered online. And $6.50 is an astronomical price to pay for one glass of soda. We will not be returning after this experience. It was very disappointing.
This place has gone way downhill. It’s basically no more than a normal theatre that serves alcohol. We arrived for a 12:45 movie and were told the kitchen was “down” and they had nothing but popcorn and soda. We stayed only because our daughter was so excited for this movie. We get in the theatre and it was so cold you could hang meat in there. We all had jackets and still cold. The seats are broken down and the foot rests are now plastic. You have to order concessions from your phone instead of someone coming to you as it used to be. They closed out our ticket and automatically added a 15% tip after we had left! This use to be a great theatre but we will not be returning!
We used to love going here, but Covid closed the place for a time and when they re-opened things only went from bad to worse. First they operated with a limited menu: we were told the new staff was young and inexperienced. Then when they brought back the full menu we had two separate occasions where the kitchen was closed due to equipment failure. Now they have replaced wait staff with QR codes instead of personalized servers. As mentioned by another reviewer, the online ordering didn't work for us and we had to get in line and order at the bar. How dumb. Any. Internet or server failure closes service to a crawl. Now, here is the truly stupid thing: you have to use your phone to place orders, so if you want another drink you have to blind everyone in the theater with the light of your phone to do so. Management claims this was all due to high cost of labor, but when you make patrons enter their credit card manually, struggle to re-order mid film - or exit the film entirely to order due to failures - IT JUST ISN’T LUXURIOUS ANYMORE! Really unfortunate. I mean, I put up with the tiny screens to get the great food service, but if that isn't there anymore - might as well go out to dinner and go to a normal theater. Sad. I liked this place. No more.
Staff was pleasant. Ambiance was above average and the service was good. Movie 🎥 was great (Free Guy) and I would definitely recommend it to any movie 🍿 goer. The movie seats 💺 reclined too far back and it was like laying in bed 🛌 … …
